The Brookside Townhome Owners Association (BTOA) is a federation of 21 townhome owners in Grapevine, Texas. Ownership of an attached home on the south side of Brookside Drive or one on either side of Heatherbrook Drive in the first block east of Park Blvd in Grapevine carries with it membership in the Association.

The Association arranges and pays for front lawn maintenance, periodic painting of the exteriors of the townhomes, and assists with replacement of the Townhome roofs as follows: Beginning January 1, 2013, the Association will assist each homeowner that has homeowner insurance by paying their deductible up to $1,500 to their roofing company once, when needed, every twenty years. The roofing must be done in accordance with Bylaw Article V, Section 3. All other maintenance/repairs are the responsibility of the individual home owners.

Dues presently are $45.00 per month, due the 1st day of each month. Pre-payments of 3-6-12 months are accepted.

The day-to-day management of the Association is vested in the Executive Committee composed of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. They are elected by the membership of the Association for two year terms. They serve without compensation.

Annual meetings of the membership are required by Association By-Laws and special meetings may be called by he President upon written notice to the members.
