The 6th Annual Mother Road Ride/Rally saw record registrations from the United States, Canada, Sweden and the Netherlands. Twenty eight bikes left Chicago on June 10 and seventeen put the rear wheel to the curb at Historic Route 66's end in Santa Monica, CA eight days later. With this video you'll make the ride right along with them. |

In Chicago, early morning commuters found it hard to believe that our destination was 2,448 miles away. We got caught in the 'Chicago Shock' of gas prices over $2 a gallon. No where else did we get hit that hard. |
